Data Insights
In Prophix One Copilot, new functionality has been added to Data Insights.
Option to select all models
Now instead of having to select a single model to query, from the Copilot drop-down you can select Data Insights | All:
This option is useful when you are not sure what model can provide the insights you are looking for.
Analyze icon
The Analyze icon has been moved; you can now click it as soon as the first query is complete, so that you can see the data view in Ad Hoc Analysis. Furthermore, if the results contain more than one data view, a drop-down appears from which you can select the data view you want to open.
Decimal places limit
The results in tables are now limited to showing only two decimal places.
Task Assistant
In Prophix One Copilot, new functionality has been added to Task Assistant.
Activate Task Assistant
Administrators can now enable Task Assistant (this is done in the same way as with the other virtual assistants).
Use natural language
When issuing commands. your wording can now be much less precise and more natural.

Re-enable Prophix One Intelligence
If for any reason Prophix One Intelligence has been disabled, you can now re-enable it.

Sort order of Copilot options
The drop-down of Copilot options has a new order based on frequency of use, as follows:
- Your Data Insights models, in alphabetic order
- Knowledge Assistant
- Task Assistant
Task Asistant
The Task Assistant user-interface has been updated and is now consistent with that of the rest of Copilot:
Chart Legends
In Data Insights, charts now come with legends.

Universal Navigation
Universal Navigation is a feature that currently appears only in Prophix One Portal but that eventually will appear in all Prophix One applications, allowing you to move instantly among them.
Data Insights
In Prophix One Copilot, new functionality has been added to Data Insights.
Chart and Excel download options
You can now display your data as a bar chart, and also download the data in Excel format:
Access the data view
You can now choose to see the dimensions and members behind the current answer; when in Thinking mode, click the Analyze icon:
Ad Hoc Analysis opens and you can work with the data view just as you normally do.
Session time limit
The session time limit has been increased from ten hours to twenty hours.
Audit Report
The Audit Report now tracks administrative actions related to Prophix One Intelligence:
- Signing the Prophix One Intelligence legal addendum
- Turning Prophix One Intelligence on or off

"Remember me" option
The Prophix One sign-in now provides a Remember me option. Turn on this option to temporarily stop the prompt for a Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) code from appearing.
Enabling Prophix One Intelligence
Before your organization can use Prophix One Intelligence, a Portal admin needs to enable the feature and then the AI assistants that you want to use.
User audit report
Portal admins can now run a report on that lists various events related to user activity.

Administrators can now assign or unassign application instances to multiple users at the same time.

SAML 2.0 Expiry Dates
In SSO and Authentication, the summary table now includes a Certificate Expiry Date column.
New locale options
Several options have been added to Locale: French, German, Portuguese (Brazilian), and Spanish (Latin American), enabling new languages and their numeric and date formats in Portal. This enhancement means that:

In My Profile, uses can now select their locale.

In User Management, admins can assign a locale when adding a single user or when editing multiple users.

In Account Information, admins can use Default locale to set a locale for all new users, including imported users.

In User Management, when an admin generates an audit log, the report uses the locale assigned to the admin.

Enforced password reset after security setting changes
After any change to the password policy settings, on their next login, all users are required to provide a new password.
IP Address added to audit log
The Login Events report now includes the IP address associated with each login to Portal.
A new email added to the Send Invitation procedure
When admins send the invitation message to users of Prophix Authentication, an additional Welcome email is now sent.
Have applications open in a new tab
Users can now specify the launch behavior for their Prophix One Platform applications, having them open in new browser tabs, and thus improve navigation and multitasking between Portal and all open applications.

Autofill SAML 2.0 definitions
When creating or editing an SAML 2.0 definition, admins can now load the properties from an XML metadata file, thus reducing the manual effort.
