Update account information
Use Account Information to record the contact info for your organization's lead Portal admin, as well as to reference your organization's Global Account ID with Prophix. (You can update this page at any time.)

In the left-hand panel, select Account Management > Account Information.
Tip: ID is your organization's Global Account ID.
- Name: The name of your organization.

Primary contact: The name of the Portal admin who is the liaison between your organization and Prophix for all Portal inquiries.
To change Primary contact, click , select a different user, and click OK.
Note: The list of users is restricted to Portal admins.
- Default locale: The language, numeric, and date formats to assign to new users (unless overridden by the admin).
- Active users limit: Shows the current number of active users, and the total number of active users allowed for the account.

To replace the default Prophix logo with your Company logo, click Upload an Image, select an image file, and click Open.
Tip: Image files must be either JPG or PNG format and no bigger than 256 kb.

To remove your company logo and return to the default Prophix logo, click Remove the Image.
