Portal administrators
Portal administrators use Portal to perform the following functions:

Manage Portal user accounts (add, edit, and delete accounts, set up access to Prophix One applications, and define roles).

Manage the non-Prophix One applications in Portal (add, edit, delete) and assign the Prophix One applications and their instances.

Manage the authentication methods available to users.

Manage security settings for password policies in Portal.

Update your organization's account information (who is the lead admin for Portal).

Enable Prophix One Intelligence and activate the virtual assistants available to users.
