Portal administrators

Portal administrators use Portal to perform the following functions:

  • Manage Portal user accounts (add, edit, and delete accounts, set up access to Prophix One applications, and define roles).

  • Manage the non-Prophix One applications in Portal (add, edit, delete) and assign the Prophix One applications and their instances.

  • Manage the authentication methods available to users.

  • Manage security settings for password policies in Portal.

  • Update your organization's account information (who is the lead admin for Portal).

  • Enable Prophix One Intelligence and activate the virtual assistants available to users.
