Task Assistant

If you are a user of FP&A Plus, Task Assistant is a virtual assistant that you can use to complete tasks more efficiently using natural language. Task Assistant enables you to interact with the platform through conversational prompts to perform actions like opening files, distributing reports, or navigating to specific areas—streamlining workflows and reducing manual effort.

For example, you can give commands to Task Assistant such as Launch Ad Hoc.

Use natural language

  New!    You can use natural language when giving Task Assistant commands, rather than having to give the formal version of the command.

For example, when giving the Launch Ad Hoc command, you could use any of the following forms (and others):

• Launch the ad hoc
• Please launch ad hoc
• Please open ad hoc
